• Both of our stunning condos are located in the desirable area of Litchfield by the Sea resort, one of the finest private, all-season ocean resorts in the U.S. 

• Our Seaside Unit is conveniently located 1/4 mile from the beach.

• Our Bridgewater Unit is located directly oceanfront. 

The Seaside Unit:   

• End unit. 1 assigned garage parking spot under the building, or ample parking in outside lot is available. 

• A well maintained 2 bedroom, (each bedroom has 2 queen beds to sleep 8) and 2 bath condo is perfect for large families or friends that like to travel together. The updated kitchen comes equipped with all the home essentials you may need for your stay. Cable TV is in bedrooms & living area. Washer and Dryer are in unit, and has secure wi-fi.

• Relax after a full day at the beach, or golf course, on our screened in porch overlooking a serene pond with fountain. Enjoy the natural habitat of turtles, and if your lucky enough to see, "Ally" the alligator.

• Enjoy the private white sand beaches which can be easily accessed by either a short 6-10 minute walk through the resort on the bike/cart path, or drive 2 minutes to the beach through main gate. (a beach pass will be given to you to gain access through gate)  Free parking is available at the 'beach house' that has changing rooms, restrooms, and large sunning deck. (Beach supplies: chairs, umbrella & boogie boards are provided and located in our storage unit in garage)

• The Unit is located next to the water park which has plenty of seating, large pool, hot tubs, lazy river, wading pools, water cannons, splash buckets, and squirting submarine. Cabanas are located at the pool on a first come, first serve basis.  

Bridgewater Oceanfront Unit:

• Our condo has a fabulous ocean view, overlooking the oceanfront pool, hot tub and lazy river. You have a wide open view of the Atlantic Ocean.

• Cable TVs are in living room and bedroom. Secure Wi-fi is avail for your use. 

• This unit is located on the 2nd floor accessible by 3 elevators.

• Unit sleeps maximum 4 and has 2 queen beds (in same room). 

• Shower/tub in bathroom.

• Galley kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, drip coffee maker and kitchen essentials. 

• You have private access to the beach from the oceanfront Bridgewater building. Beach supplies that are provided are: beach chairs and an umbrella.

• The onsite laundry room for the Bridgewater building is conveniently located on the same floor, about 5 condos away.

Litchfield by the Sea Resort Amenities:

There are also many other activities to do at the resort such as tennis (lighted courts for nighttime), fishing/crabbing off marsh pier (fishing license required) extensive walking/biking using the recently renovated resort grounds path that connects from Pawleys Island to Murrells Inlet. Bike rentals are available at the Litchfield Reception Building. 

Resort has a Starbucks and Coastal Dish Restaurant on premises.

Just outside the resort enjoy Brookgreen Gardens, Segway tour of Huntington Beach State Park, shopping at the Hammock Shops, strolling through Georgetown (25 min drive) / Charleston (1.5 hour drive), golfing at any of the 69 public courses in Georgetown & Horry counties on world class courses. You are 5 minutes away from the "Seafood Capital of SC", at the Marsh Walk in Murrell's Inlet. This area hosts fantastic restaurants, and fishing/cruise excursions. A leisurely drive to Myrtle Beach is only 17 miles away for a fun filled afternoon with the family.
